A beautiful and yet very easy crochet summer skirt that's available in sizes S - 5XL and can be worked even by an actual beginner!
The Elpis Skirt is great for the beach, as an everyday skirt which you can wear with either sneakers or flat sandals, or you can even wear it for a more casual look! Imagine how beautiful it would look in black, white, red or even variegated yarn… with beads or pearls sewn into it. It can even be made longer than the pattern suggests! It’s a very simple pattern which you can be adjusted to easily!
I’ve crocheted this in size X-Large for myself and it took only 3 days. It’s one of those patterns that you want to crochet one in all colors, and you can actually work on it with your eyes closed.. it’s that easy! It’s the simplest and quickest summer skirt that you will ever make.
💡 Helpful Tip: When choosing yarn for spring/summer time, try to pick ones that either are cotton, bamboo or linen, or have composition of cotton, bamboo, or linen in them of about 40%-50% along with acrylic. A very nice composition which will make your projects weigh light, is a 50-50 composition of acrylic and cotton, which I really enjoy working with.
